Can you fit all our camping luggage?
Yes! Our vehicles (Tesla Model 3 and Kia EV6) have generous boot space. If you have bikes, pushchairs or lots of luggage, let us know when booking and we'll ensure we send the right vehicle.
What if our flight is delayed?
We track all incoming flights automatically. If your flight is delayed, we'll adjust your pickup time at no extra charge. We include 45 minutes free waiting time for airport pickups.
Can you pick us up from the campsite for day trips?
Absolutely! We offer day trips to Puy du Fou, Nantes, the Loire châteaux, and local markets. We can wait while you explore or arrange a pickup time.
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). You can pay online when booking or in the vehicle. We also accept cash in Euros.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we can provide child seats and booster seats free of charge. Just let us know the ages of your children when booking.
